“The easy possibility of writing letters must have brought wrack and ruin to the souls of the earth. Writing letters is actually an intercourse with ghosts, and by no means only the ghost of the addressee, but also with one’s own ghost, which secretly evolves within the letter one is writing or even within a whole series of letters, where one letter corroborates another and can even refer to it as a witness”
Franz Kafka, Letter to Milena Jesenská
A dance and music collaboration dealing with the concept of two voices. As in Franz Kafka's book "Letters to Milena" (1952), our piece will be based on a correspondence structure between two individuals - Franz Kafka and Milena Jesenská.
